Walking With Me

bloodlines channeled from inner peace
reflect calm waters
seasoned with traces of sand

sunshine masks tumultuous clouds
false realities not to be foretold
warning: whitecaps ahead

intertwine empathy, endearment, energy
depths from which experience builds
sand castles reaching the sky

benign compunction motivates
creative use of inane litter
ornamental seashell art

signs ominous, intriguing
wash ashore with the tide
igniting passionate bonfires

bylines of effusion stimulate
messages in a bottle
an everlasting walk on the beach
